Hello World! Okay, so all of the September birthday parties are over and life can get back to normal. Well, at least for a month before we hit the holiday season. I’m still painting my little piece of intricate furniture, but I wanted to show you another piece of furniture I bought on the same trip as the other piece which you will see sometime in the future…
This piece requires no work! And, I love it! We are completely happy with her just the way she is. May I introduce our new sideboard/console table.
Please ignore the gold chairs and the green couch peeking out.
We bought her at the Habitat for Humanity store for quite a nice price. Look at those curves and scrolls.
See the lovely silver tray? Got it at Goodwill for a song. A nice song indeed.
Isn’t she a pretty little tray? And, Olga the Orchid is happy in her new home.
What do you think of our shopping finds? The sideboard is higher than the back of the couch, but the couch I have picked out has a much higher back. Just need to save some money, honey! She will eventually be nicely dressed with some lamps, but for now she’s happy wearing her tray and flower.
Hope all of my sweets are having a beautiful day! If you are looking for Make it Pretty Monday, click here to go to the kickin’ bash! Wishing all a grand day and remember to be kind to one another.
Toodles,
Kathryn

Fantastic finds! Wow! Love that furniture piece. I just picked up a large silver round tray at the Goodwill store, for a whole $2.00. Gotta love a bargain!
